Hi! My name is Alison Watson and I’m the new PR intern at Sandy Hillman Communications. I am so excited to be a part of the team!
I am originally from San Francisco, California, and I’m currently a senior at Loyola University Maryland. I am majoring in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. I spent my past fall semester studying abroad in Newcastle, England. Through my travels to 10 countries during my semester, I fell in love with travel PR. In fact, I hope to live abroad somewhere at some point in my life, however I plan to eventually move back to California.
This past summer I was able to live in Manhattan while I worked at two PR firms as an intern. I am so grateful for the unforgettable experiences and skills that this opportunity gave me. When I’m not studying or working, I am exploring Baltimore with my roommates and friends in an eternal search for the best brunch places.
I am so excited for what I will get to experience during my time at Sandy Hillman Communications and the amazing team I get to learn from.
